Which payment and shipping methods does One Step Checkout extension support?
The One Step Checkout extension is built on top of standard Magento 2 checkout and hence it is very unlikely to cause any issues with any payment or shipping methods that are built for standard Magento 2 checkout. However, if any issues do occur and are in fact caused by our extension and not the other 3rd party extension which is in conflict with our extension, we will fix the issues free of cost.
Why do I see an error message or "undefined" or error icons in my street field on One Step Checkout?
The One Step Checkout extension has a feature to auto-fill or suggest addresses. This feature uses Google places API to provide address suggestions or auto-fill address by accessing your location. This feature needs a valid API key(click here to get the API key). The errors are displayed when the feature is enabled without a valid API key.
Can I customise the position of the shipping and billing address field?
Yes, the position of the standard shipping and billing address fields can be customised in the admin configuration page.
Why don't I see shipping address and shipping methods on my checkout page.
Shipping address and shipping methods are displayed only when, atleast one of the products in the cart is not Virtual/Downloadable. To check if the product is Virtual/Downloable:
- Please login to the admin.
- Go to Products > Catalog.
- Check the value under the column Type for the product. If the product is Virtual/Downloable, it means the product cannot be shipped and hence shipping information will not be displayed.

Why does the checkout not work correctly (mostly in production mode)?
In case your site is in production mode or if you've already compiled your files, then you need to make sure you've compiled the code once again after installing / updating the extension.
